Lao Sausage with Jeow Bong1 comment

My God-Mother made Jeow Bong for my mother during our time in Vientiane a couple of months ago. Since my parents bought enough Jeow Bong to take back to the US, I asked for a bottle of Jeow Bong, made by my God-Mother to bring back to the Netherlands.

I am not used to eating Jeow Bong but would like to give it a try. My parents and the older relatives seem to like it so much with their meal.
