Part 2 of Food Blog May 23, 2007
I couldn’t figure out why I ate so much and yet have so little pictures to show for Food blog May 23, especially when I knew I ate buffalo meat. You don’t forget eating buffalo meat at a restaurant.
Here is the rest of my dinner at a Vietnamese Restaurant. As it turned out, I went out to take pictures before the main dishes arrived. The rest of the pictures were on another memory card and in separate folder since I name the folder based on the date I downloaded the photos to my computer.
Amuse bouche before the main course.
Marinated kwartelborstfilet in sweet pikante Vitenamese sauce. I looked up on Dutch/English dictionary and found kwartel to be quail. So kwartelborstfilet must be well you guess it. I didn’t even know I ate quail!
Zeetongfilet or Tongue Sole fish in black bean sauce stew.
Vietnamese buffalo in pan fry.
I didn’t have a problem clearing my plate. 
Dessert was Vietnamese ice coffee with chocolate candies. I like Lao ice coffee better.
