Laap Pa
When I was little my parents never allowed me to eat laap pa raw. They always cooked the laap for me. Later I thought the raw version was quite gross and never gave it a try. Then a year ago when I went home for summer vacation I helped my parents make laap pa and tasted the raw version. It was quite delicious.
During our vacation in Laos earlier this year, our relatives made us a nice laap pa from the fishes that we bought at Pakse market.
