When you are in Laos, don’t forget to try Nam Varn Lod Chong. This is a dessert of short green noodles with pandan essence, served with coconut milk extract and palm sugar.

  2. Ahh yes. This is my favorite stuff to look at but not eat everyday.  I use
    to make this. We use to drop cubical ice cubes into the mix before serving. I
    wonder if this is normal. I wonder why we not making this stuff anymore at home. 

    If it's because it's labor intensive then I should think of a machine modified
    to make this.  I wonder if anyone know where to get a recipe… : |
