One cup light soy milk
One banana
Two mandarin oranges
Lunch:
Green papaya salad
Romaine lettuce
Wing beans
Water spinach
Left over grilled chicken or ping kai
Warm sticky rice


Dinner:
Whole wheat French bread with Munster cheese
Rooibos tea

But from searching the Lao online community, I think I have a big collection of tum maak houng photos. I wonder why, lol.
