Fruit & Spice Park, Florida
I was hoping to visit this place on my next vacation. I just love eating fruits. It would be so neat to see what type of trees that come from too. The last trip I took to Hawaii was interesting; plumerias (dok champa) grew everywhere, real jackfruit trees full of fruits, lots of wild banana trees growing off the highway, and plenty of Kona coffee plants too.

Fruit & Spice Park, Florida: “The Park’s tropical climate can be found nowhere else in the continental U.S. and hosts over 500 varieties of fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, and nuts, and other commercially important plant specimens from around the world. The Park showcases 125 varieties of mango, 75 varieties of bananas, 70 bamboo varieties, and numerous other exotic edibles. Visitors are invited to munch at our tasting counter inside our Park Store.”
Anyway, has anyone every been to this place - Fruit & Spice Park? If so, please let me know if it’s really worth the trip. I know there are some tropical fruit farms that grow out in the Santa Barbara area. Cherimoyas (pic below) and guavas are popular at the local Farmer’s Market.

I have never heard of this place but it would make a wonderful family vacation spot. I have seen on Lao TV about a garden in Hawaii with various plants that you would find in Laos. You can buy like kafir lime tree, guava, papaya and many other plants to take home. I can't remember if it is own by a Lao person or not.
I have relatives in Florida and this would be a good excuse to visit them.
