From the New York Times, an article about how relaxing it is to make a stop in Vientiane, Laos. I don’t know how long before the place becomes another tourist trap. So I guess now is the best time ever to plan your visit (to Vientiane) or Laos.

I think Pong Lang Sa On unique traits are men in skirt, and sexy ladies; their customs really stood out. I like the little white/blue checkers tie; I can’t say that it made him look good, but more so unique in his own way.

10 beauty pageants of Miss Thailand World 2007 made their appearance in Vientiane, Laos to learn about the Laotian way of life, and also photo shooting swimsuit session at the resort that they’re staying, which they’re impressed with the simplicity and life style of the Laotian. source.
