Well, I went to Laos in March, Spring Break, 2007. It was pretty fun. For those of you who don’t know where Laos is, just check Wikipedia, Google, Map, Yahoo, or anything else. Anyways, just enjoy.

Breakfast:
One cup light soy milk
One banana
Two mandarin oranges
Lunch:
Heinz natural sandwich spread on two slices of whole wheat bread
Fruit mix tea
Dinner:
Beef laap on a bed of salad mix
Ben & Jerry New York Super Fudge chunk ice cream
Rooibos honey
