Laomusic.la and Laonews.la ignited
Dot La. This official Lao top level domain extension was sold to the highest bidder and is now mostly used under the flag of Los Angeles…. That does not matter to us. We will simply reclaim all dot la domains, one at a time 
Starting with two revamped sites. Laomusic.la migrated from dot nu to dot la. Upgraded technology and new looks positioned on the Lao domain where it belongs: the latest Lao music at Laomusic.la:

Even after learning about the deal a few years ago, I still feel that the
extension (.la) has a hidden connection to a communist country. That feeling
will change soon.
It's sad that it's sold but it's a wise decision to do
so. Most often the Lao officials are a bit hesitant with change. But this change
will make our lives easier with shorter urls. There may still a possible chance
to for Lao to acquire the .lao in the future, unless this extension is already
taken.
