Yummy meal. Especially with the fresh young coconut juice. How did you manage to crack open the coconut? I find that to be the most tricky part of all.
Hi Salat,
I might be out of Laos, but Lao food is with me.
I was at the Chinese grocery store on Saturday and they had a new shipment of young coconuts for 1.75 Euro per piece and thought I must buy one.
This one was different because they didn't shave off the outer part of the coconut. I used the only big knife I had and use my sark to add pressure to it. It was a big mistake and I should have use a hammer to add more weight. Now I have like small dents on my sark.
