Pakse at Sunrise
A few days ago I posted a few photos of Mekong River at Sunset. Here are some pictures taken by Mo (my cousin) on September 4, 2007, between 5:38-5:48 AM. Enjoy the view because next year you won’t see this anymore. Pakse airport is expanding to cover the majority of the rice field here. The original plan would have covered Wat Phonsikhay so they had to get back to the drawing board and re-drawn the map. The house along the Wat are saved but they will be a few meters from the new Pakse airport.
You really got up early and captured the sunrise. Great photos Darly.
