hmmm, I adore Rocket, it has that herby bitterness that is lovely.
Isnt it about time you opened a restaurant? I´ll be your first customer…
Hiya Vienne,
Thanks for the name of the leafy thingie in English. It was an experiment that I found very delicious.
The only place I would open a restaurant would be in Laos. So you would have to fly there to eat.
You are welcome D.
Rocket is also great with a Raw Beef Larb. Its funny how we like the "bitterness" of some ingredients, whereas others look for the saltiness, sweetness, sourness and hotness.

Bitter Gourd and Bee (yes, that green stuff from cows) are also great.
Wicked Pictures. Still using the Ixus?
Yep but I want a new Ixus, want to buy my old one?
