Sharing is Caring :)
One of the greatest things about the World Wide Web is the generosity of sharing by internet users, it seems that there is no ending in what we can share with others, whether it is the photos of our vacations, the videos, the stories, and the list goes on.
I always find it interesting as to the choices of music that the creators or producers of the videos used, whether it is Thai music, Lao music, American music, etc. I’ve lived in the US most of my life and like to watch Lao video with Lao music, it conveys certain feeling that other music just can’t replace, and when I hear the song not to my liking, then I would turn off the sound of my speaker and turn on my favorite Lao music, that way what I’m hearing gives me a feeling of Laoness as what I’m seeing.
But for some videos, I like to watch it as is and I’ve not once felt insulted if the owners or producers of the videos used Thai music in their Lao videos, who am I to judge the political correctness of the matter, might be that the owners of the videos are Thai or just like Thai music, I’m just glad that they are sharing their videos with me, with all of us that is.
Here is one of my favorite videos of Laos, it has Thai music, Lao children singing a song that I don’t understand and I’m not sure what the man at the end of the video is saying, but I like watching it and thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the vid. I love this song but I don’t know who is the singer. A member of LP gave me an MP3 of the song and had the name as Sia Ter Mai Dai. That was in 2003 and now I still don’t know who sang the song.
Hahaha, does everything taste like chicken?
