60 Seconds to Better Health

For those that use time as an excuse for not exercising to better heath, say no more because getting healthier doesn’t have to mean an outrageous time commitment. I came across good tips in a Thai magazine that experts say 60 seconds can improve your health. So try these tips…

  1. Wash your hands after using the bathroom (30 seconds)
  2. Get up from the computer to stretch or rest your eyes (20 seconds)
  3. When you feel stress, take a deep breath, and breathe slowly, this increases the flow of oxygen to your brain, creating greater mental clarity (10 seconds)

  1. One of the trick to living longer is to laugh. I don’t know if that’s really true but watch these clips. The woman on the first clip does the best Asian impersonations, IMO.

    The real best way to living longer is to have the genes that allows you to live longer. The mythical Pleiadians from a star system called Pleiades can live up to 350 years. But if you’re not a Pleiadian, you can try staying away from stress and toxins.

  2. Thanks for the videos, I like the Salon best, it is so true that Vietnamese people own most of the nail salons.  Anjelah Johnson did a good job in portraying the situation; I had a good laugh.  :)
