Wattay was going through a renovation when I was in Vientiane last year. Now the major work is over and the local residents are very happy with their beautiful temple. On February 21, 2008, the faithfuls gathered to make merit on this special day.

Japan improves university infrastructure

Improvements to the access road at the National University of Laos are now about 30 percent complete.
