Lao Voices

It’s very noisy these days in Vientiane and some residents are complaining about the noises according to the news article from Vientiane Times Newspaper a few weeks ago. With growing traffic it is quite difficult to find a sanctuary to hide from the all the hassles of life. Even at a temple, you can’t escape the noises from the early hours in the morning. Take a look at the two clips below and you will get the idea of what I am talking about. You can hear the birds and could imagine the soothing feeling and relaxation as you step onto the temple’s ground and then you are confronted with all the noises from the streets.
