For this particular dinner, they are having Beef Laap and soup with various vegetables. My two aunts are afraid to eat raw laap so they cooked the laap after it has been fully prepared.

    OH YUMMY! Looks sap-sap-sap! i made some laap moo yesterday and it was awesome! but i didn’t know what kind of soup to make with it…so i ate it with some homemade pork meatball soup with spinich and tofu…it really didn’t go together but i didn’t know what to make with it…lol. it was still pretty good.

    You can make soup with cabbage or Chinese cabbage and other vegetables and add some tomatoes and green onions toward the end. You can use the fatty part of the pork or pork bones or pork meat balls in the soup. That’s how I usually make the soup to go with laap moo.
