On this particular day, beef laap and steamed vegetables made a complete lunch. For dinner it was fried tuna to go with jeow maak phet. Many of my relatives in Laos love to eat tuna and would find ways to cook the fish. The tuna are mostly imported from Thailand or Vietnam.
