I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw a photo of khao phoon nam kati with so many chicken feet. I never knew you could use chicken feet in khao phoon. I like how my aunt Kian eats her khao phoon using draining the pond technique. Hungry for chicken feet anyone?

I too have never seen it served with Chicken Feet. Must try that some day. But saying that, I do love those Steamed Chicken Feet in the Dim Sum Restaurants.
