Blood Sausage




A few weeks ago my aunt Kian and aunt Phone in Vientiane were telling me how they spent their day making blood sausage. I have never heard of such thing and asked for some pics. It is a pity that they forgot to take pictures during the making of the sausage. I will definitely ask for the recipe so I can post it at Laocuisine.la for those of you that are into this type of food. It looks like an interesting meal with spicy dipping sauce or jeow.
My mother also put in Bai Kayang or Phak Etou (Lemon Basil)....
