A few weeks ago my aunt Kian and aunt Phone in Vientiane were telling me how they spent their day making blood sausage. I have never heard of such thing and asked for some pics. It is a pity that they forgot to take pictures during the making of the sausage. I will definitely ask for the recipe so I can post it for those of you that are into this type of food. It looks like an interesting meal with spicy dipping sauce or jeow.
