If you don’t want ping kai, then there’s ping pa and som phak gard to go with warm sticky rice. For Tai Tai, ping pa and som phak gard are a perfect match. Well, at least that’s what I’ve heard. My choice would be green papaya salad aka tum maak houng with ping kai. Now’s that is a perfect meal.

Do they usually sell these foods on the side of the road? Then it would be like street food, or fast food for people on the move. Much more healthier & more authentic then American fast food of fried burgers and French fries
