Kuadin Market is located across the street from Talat Sao or Morning Market. As you walk along the dirt path to the main area of the market you’ll encounter the food stalls along the way. For a few meters of the narrow and crowded walk path you’ll find amazing Lao food from Khao Phoon to Nam Varn Lod Chong. Some of the food sellers have been sharing their recipes for ages and some have passed down their family secrets to their children. The area might not look as clean as you would like it to be but if for those that know the the owners of the stalls and have been eating their food and drinks for more than 20 years, then they would tell you that have nothing to fear and will find a bowl of delicious Khao Phoon to be the best in town.
