Taste of Laos for day 18 with a kind of fruit that I have never seen before, kanom chan, and kanom man ton. Then it was yum salad for dinner.

Please check our Lao Recipes section for some of the recipes that you might find helpful. There are a couple of Lao cookbooks that you might want to own as well. I have Tastes of Laos by Daovone Xayavong and Simple Laotian Cooking by Penn Hongthong.
