Case against Vang Pao scheduled for October1 comment

Vang Pao and 10 others are accused of conspiring to overthrow the government of Laos. Defense attorney tried to get the case thrown out but the judge declined to rule on a defense motion to dismiss the case and scheduled for the next conference on October 05, 2009.
