I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw a photo of khao phoon nam kati with so many chicken feet. I never knew you could use chicken feet in khao phoon. I like how my aunt Kian eats her khao phoon using draining the pond technique. Hungry for chicken feet anyone?

On April 10, 2008, the employees at Mahosot Hospital attended an award ceremony to celebrate 30 years of progress. After business was over, they joined in the celebration of the Lao New Year with food, music, dancing and throwing water at one another.
