How to make Jeow Mak Len ແຈ່ວໝາກເລັ່ນ (Hot and Spicy Tomato Chutney) by my cousin, Khek.

Ingredients: Cherry tomato, chili pepper, green onion, shallots for roasting. Coriander (cilantro) for finishing touches.
Seasonings: fish sauce, sugar, and salt.
