Here are some short video clips from the celebration at Wattay on February 21, 2008. The villagers gathered to celebrate the reconstruction of Wattay. I totally forgot about the clips until today while browsing through photos from Laos. I’ll post some pics and vids from the last month’s new year celebration at Wattay later.
