Party Secretary General and President of Laos Comrade Choummaly Sayasone offers keynote remark to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the LPRP
Introduction: Party Secretary General and President of Laos Comrade Choummaly Sayasone, offered his keynote remark to Lao National Television to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the LPRP.
Story: Offering his key note remark via Lao National Television, Party Secretary General and President of Laos Comrade Choummaly Sayasone stated that, the national defence and construction tasks made during the past 40 years under the guidance and right leadership of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party or LPRP have been achieved in many core sectors, especially the achievements of each Party’s Congress resolutions and the national social-economic development implementation plan.”
He said, some of the most important achievements have been maintaining firm political stability, fundamental social security and order, and economic growth at a continuous pace so that gross domestic income per capita or GDP gradually increases.
The social and cultural sector is developing and improving daily. The living conditions of all ethnic people, both materially and spiritually, are being positively changed, and all ethnic people trust in the leadership of the Party. These achievements have created a firm base for our lovely nation to move to national development and socialism.
As the Party, armed forces and Lao people are enjoying the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the LPRP, born and raised in the revolutionary spirit of the Lao People, they can know that we will continue to work and serve both the nation and all Lao people.”
